The number of trucks isn't specified, but it is a terrific start in a wide open market with CPST standing alone in the doorway with bazillions of outdated trucks out there on the road that need, (and by some states required) to go green.

It would sure seem to me that kind of announcement from CPST would be a major market mover. Maybe now that the clients have made their announcement, CPST can go ahead and make theirs.

At the moment it is a mystery, but that kind of news isn't going to remain secret for very long, imo.
