One would think (maybe hope is a better word?) that making this step a reality would assist in future capital raises being at much higher pps ranges....I cant' imagine they want to stay SMALL CAP when the are attempting to bring a very LARGE CAP type of change to cancer world...

The only thing I can think of is this is a last opportunity to raising funding at these levels for insiders to avg down further.

I was surprised by the large volume and pps holding; I thought it would have already pushed lower closer to $1.00
