No, there is a valuation report, but I think it would be in the best interest of Elite Pharma to keep the name of the firm a secret and to keep a low profile from the investment community for now. If this was a well know firm, then we all could safely assume more institutions, mutual funds, and venture capitalists will jump all over on ELTP. Hakim may be saving the moment to release the name of the firm when the time is right and when all of his chess pieces are strategically in place. Just my opinions...
