As a shareholder, i will drive the legal mechanisms to prosecute (Dr??) Agnes by this criminal scheme. I repeat CRIMINAL SCHEME.

This is not correct! The debt should have been converted into shares BEFORE the reverse split.

This is a FRAUD!!
