jack, did you read the paragraphs about the shareholders in that article. Number one it's a lawsuit. That costs tons of money and as you said yesterday was not something you were interested in.

Two...it was thrown out of court and into another one. Sounds like the judge was not interested in hearing it. Now its being appealed. Cha....wait for it...ching! More big bucks for the attorneys.

This will be a tough lesson for those folks. Wish them the best but once the company performs an IPO..they don't give a crap about the shareholders who buy and sell their stock. IMO anyway. Especially in this case where the total of shares held by NEOM Management is less than most ppl invested here.

It appears you are determined to do something however....I'd call the FBI and see what they say. Let us know.
