I got the email from Rick as well. Apparently the merger will be completed in May with some other details that were communicated in the email. It sounds like they also hired a IR firm to handle communications going forward. Seems pretty positive to me. Maybe this slowly works it way back up to previous highs.

My post is only my opinion, I recommend you always do your own DD! I am not a licensed broker or a professional by any means, so take what I say as entertainment value at best.
