I emailed the transfer agent company today and received the current share structure:

As of today the current and issued outstanding share count for ELRA is 56,461,487.

This is the same as the last verified amount at the beginning of April (02/04/2014).

Apparently to get more info (float, etc...), I was told that I need written authorization from the issuer.
