I should be watching for changes in the up coming quarterly report amount of increased cost of freight, possible forthcoming news and how soon the completion of the R/S should be enacted not to mention how close we are to a some type of settlement with the SJ and the fact that this stock show a history of issuance of shares just before the release of any said news. However if decision is reached it should be by the court which leaves me to wonder if there shall be an issuance of more shares before any settlement JACKRABBIT
