thats not what IGA and IGU Investor Relations have said, the total shares outstanding on 04/10/2014 according to the transfer agent was 231 mil shares OS, divide that by 200 and u get ~1,555,000 shares OS. Before the split OTC markets showed an OS of around 199,000 mil, divide that by 200 you get approx. 999,999. No way those 87.5 million were included pre-split.
