Whichever it is, dishonesty or incompetence, dude's gotta go.
And what good is this board if you can't voice an opinion that is in reaction to a string of incontrovertible events? Who even questions such a critique - seriously, who?
Doesn't it give you pause for a second that the CEO has enough time to answer phone calls from disgruntled shareholders? Shouldn't this guy be occupied with something else, say making the company more profitable, or learning how not to botch what should be simple answers in investor conference calls? If this guy worked for me in any capacity, I'd have fired him 3 quarters ago - this is not a lockheed size company, you can't afford garden variety incompetence, and everyone has to be pulling weight to make this company successful.
More doubtful than ever of this company's legitimacy, which sucks for me and every other long who won't be able to unload shares in the event of a worst case scenario. B9 is right about the binary scenario, but we have no one to blame but ourselves - we've been blinded by the potential instead of seeing the very obvious warning signs - we've been gambling a bit.
Hoping against hope that this "unorthodox" public relations strategy of theirs pans out.
