Thanks for clarification. I am impressed with both their back grounds... Def would like to see what they do here.

This L2 sure doesn't trade like that OS is entirely in the float. IMO

I am sure it has something to do with the debt holders in the "PR" that cannot convert shares.

In other words, from what I see, they are making the moves to bring this back in the light, but yes eventually some time after June, those shares could be an issue.
