rockie, no, not at all, I still feel very strongly that once WMIH is capitalized we will be off to the races. From that point, several actions have to happen. New exchange at some point although this may be in the considerable future depending on the first three companies that WMIH buys - if they are publicly traded or not? There is no doubt IMHO that there are several companies already targeted and when the first one is announced they will be announced in rapid succession. I have always thought this.

So we will have some dilution due to purchases to contend with but the overall growth and success by not paying taxes should propel WMIH very quickly into the $20.00 to $40.00 dollar a share range. Of course the dilution will depend largely on how the financing is structured. There will also be a multiple that Wall Street will assign based on the profit of the first company and then there will be additional value placed on WMIH depending on how successful this first company actually is. There will be many, many more positives coming, once this first purchase is announced.

I do feel even though the Piers, escrows shares, claims and WMIH are separate, in reality they are not. I have thought for years, all of these are tied directly together and one outcome depends or waits on the other. Do not be surprised to see WMIH wait until this all comes to a head in Aug/Sept unless the P&A closure is extended by the FDIC. I think the filing by the FDIC IMHO in late Aug/Sept discussing how the settlements with the claims cannot be upheld by the FDIC will play a huge part but only time will tell. I doubt that WMIH wants a lot of wealth created overnight by capitalization only to find many suits filed against it by the bogus claims filers just as WMILT is dealing with now. Unfortunately, anybody can sue anybody for anything.
