Give credit where credit is due-the Moped Madman made out like a bandit (literally) while BTHR shareholders took it in the throat.

No 10-K forthcoming for the simple reason that he doesn't want to file it-that would verify the fact that he's decimated the company on purpose. Better to engage the sc*m bags at Sierra and weasely stock marketers to fraudulently induce buyers. LOADING ZONE.
