I believe the 10K is due today.... my gut tells me they ran out of money a few months ago and that's why they blew off the U.S. show.

They probably had a couple of hundred K in payables so with the first batch of money (around $500k) they are already down to 2-3 hundred k....

I believe the selling pressure is coming form Aegis converting their stock and selling.
