it looks like a viable option. But a transaction must add value to both sides eventually! I could see a joint venture combining both parties's products and services in a joint Ney York based agency. I'm cautiously optimistic that this "partnership" is the start of US activities for the company.

The relevance is the fact that UCPA set foot into the US - clearly a strategic shift from previous focus on the European market.
