LOL, OK...if the word "intent" is a word of confirmation and binding go for it. LOI's are also a piece of paper you can wipe with to. If something is confirmed its stated as such....someone having the intention to do something is never used in the same breath as CONFIRMATION.

If I gave the impression that this would be a game changer for me...IT'S NOT!.

Debt remains in the millions....millions in taxes owed still remains...toxic financing ...and the inept measures of the mngmnt that got them in this mess all still alive and well here. While the INTENT might be a component to the mess in ECOB...its not the critical issue, Its another bullet point in the long list of things wrong with this security.
