Because the name of the game is VOLATILITY, the more volatile the markets are, the more HFTs and larger traders make money. Talking heads spread the speculation and the "concern" grows. Fear is still in the markets from the 2008 crash and burn and still fresh in most minds. Quite easy to create volatility, now we see some talking as if there is over correction yet that correction may not be fully played out as of yet. The dialogue is changing as if the sidelines are now watching for potential entry points, but not quite just yet.
