Interview Part III

(48:00) Discussion of the legislation in FL vs solar.

(54:00) M&A- looking for companies with value to shareholders- target is $1M/year companies- double/triple their revenue under RENU- option for spinoffs

(1:00:00) Future: 10 major markets in 18 months- 200-300 sales people

Host- breakdown of revs vs Float should equal around $3/share.... (YIKES!)

Old debt has been paid off. Note has been significantly decreased.

All accounting is current and on weekly basis (Payroll, A/R, etc)

(1:09:00) New model to be tested: RENU oversees candidate company and creates dealer in new terrirtory (Six figure pay in, made back in 90 days if follow program). Dealer- SubDealer Program

Texas is as big as Japan. (Host comment). wink

(1:13:00) Lynn Nemes EVP- running the day to day. Frees Jeff up to sell the company and do the public work, and still be in touch with business end.

Not afraid to hire someone that is smarter and let them do their job.

Having done all aspects of company, gives Jeff insight as to who to hire do specific jobs.

Lots of other tidbits, facts and interesting stuff. A must listen for any investor, IMO.
