Shouldn't we be higher ?
Recently, GBHD's Management and Board of Directors were presented with two separate tender take-over merger scenarios, whereas, all of GBHD's outstanding shares would have been acquired for $0.75 or $0.80 (Seventy Five Cents/ Eighty Cents) per share.
