I'm not asking for anyone to be "impressed". Indeed, I don't know the man personally. What I AM saying is that his conduct with just one insignificant customer was both personable and professional.

I did doubt his veracity earlier, as I'm sure my posts will show. But again, that was before I had direct dealings with him. Before I decided to buy the product, I posed questions about it using the GTC website and he answered me personally, telling me of his own experience with the product. After I DID buy it, I had a small problem with the product I purchased and he really went out of his way to make sure it was cleared up and that I was satisfied.

To my way of thinking, when a businessman treats an insignificant customer such as myself in such a manner, he probably acts the same way with ALL his customers.

Do I think he's an angel? I don't know. I'd tend to doubt it, but if he DOES treat all customers as he treated me, I'd say GTC will probably do pretty well.
