neither, I have said all along that since the AMF thing started, Robert wasnt happy about, and he started dragging his feet with everything, or maybe their bluff was called and he realized he was gonna have to deliver something he knew he couldnt and started messing around, be he cant really think people is gonna buy his BS arguments about why he hasnt finished the "thing", or at least get it ready for test. Is just plain BS excuses, half a year to get some components delivered??
