OTC Short REPORT has NOTHING to do with Short POSITIONs.

Anybody can read what the data in the Daily Finra report is and understand it, especially as it related to OTC stocks where virtually nothing on the report is a short position that last more than a second for the MM to clear the trade through his account and into the account of the retail person buying or selling.

Well documented in many places including all over IHUB
