This explanation isn't making sense? Isn't this the same Jae that was writing on his Facebook about hooking up with PTOG?

True 'nuff that his company is not PTOG, but they did do a JV together, and if I recall correctly, the paperwork does show that the JV company was formed.

I dunno, this reeks of the CYA explanation.
