Although these reports make myself and probably many of us all tingly inside when we read them, at the end of the day they are all opinion based. Many of them have been pretty on target so that makes me very hopeful when I read them, but at the end of the day, I'm not getting my hopes up until I'm rolling around my bed that is covered in $100 bills.
