This is a small hiccup that I am sure will be resolved shortly one way or another.

From what I understand it is the Tranfer Agent's Lawyer that is holding this up, not SIPC's legal team

Simple enough he most likely will lose his client the account I imagine

TA lawyer refused SIPC lawyer letter and all docs filed and yet to be filed. The Company is now looking for a second lawyer and ways to deal with this TA!
