PMX Company Update



Dear Shareholders and Interested Investors

Hello from Denver Colorado home of the Colorado Gold Rush and Amendment 64!

PMX Communities Inc. as a precious metals incubation company had a vision to build an American-made gold dispensing terminal. The MGIV gold machine was launched and successfully tested, and it is continuously being technologically updated to enhance the next version of dispensing terminals.

International Updates:

:Since our last update of March, there is no new intl. updates. Our partners are still working to close deals, and we are waiting on South Africa and Australia patent application approvals. Year-end to most banks in India was March 31st and business is ramping up in India once again. We are beginning work with a stateside strategist to help us with this project and we will announce details in the near future.

MGIV Terminal Update:

:Go Gold! Go Silver!

New designs have commenced. PMX will have a new bullion silver Marijuana medallion minted in the USA.Yes we are bringing Gold back in addition to Silver! This month we will target the domestic launch pad and yes the MGIV will be back in a mall near one of you soon.

LXIV Marijuana Terminal Update:

:The LXIV named "Bud Box".

The etymology of the name "Bud Box" is ironically not a marijuana bud but one from the cattle world. A "Bud Box" is a corral type box set up for processing cattle into a chute before loading them either into a truck or as a herd. Bud Williams was a famous stockmanship teacher who coined the novel concept to help those cattle that got away, and we hope he would have chuckled by our naming our marijuana terminal. "Bud Box" should facilitate the ability of either an MMJ or MJ to add more product to their inventory with ease. The terminal will also help with the creation of a loyalty program for each dispensary and increase the assurance to a dispensary of both return patients and clients with the program to be detailed shortly.

:The first LXIV terminal is manufactured and complete!

We have determined that "Bud Box" will be our first "white label" project. After visiting dispensaries in Colorado we realized each one is like a private home, with its own character and nuances. Some are loft-like modern warehouses and others sophisticated antique stores. We will continue to design idea wraps with our graphic designer, however; it is the dispensary themselves who will ultimately decide what wrap they wish for their own terminal.

:iComply Cannabis, LLC remains our partner and we are confident we chose #1.

PMX will make certain the LXIV will not launch unless it is in total legal compliance to the marijuana rules whether they are retail or medicinal in each state it seeks business opportunities. We are hoping to present before the Medical Enforcement Division in Colorado in the next few weeks.

California is still a target state however we have catapulted Washington State ahead because we see opportunity there right now. Seattle is home to many MMJ and MJ dispensaries and the interest has grown dramatically this month. Their legislations are quickly changing and being a Colorado lead terminal has put us in the forefront to deploy to WA.

We are still targeting 18 states for our LXIV Marijuana Terminal, and because we are not looking to become a vertical medical dispensary like many of the other machines we feel our potential business opportunities are good.
