As previously expressed, I am seriously wondering why this small company's investors are having to subsidize the r&d efforts of the huge US army? Should that not be discussed with them by Glenn? How to best be a partner to the military and yet be cost neutral in terms of outlay?

If not, then at least a couple of orders would help wsgi sustain, right? When is the order coming?!
