Evidently I made a "small" mistake.
In referencing the Nano debacle, I said:
"And what happened? Nano got his $750,000, CTTC had to pay Nano's attorney and legal fees, and CTTC's own legal costs were somewhere approaching a million bucks."
Well, lacking for amusement the now late over a week 10-K, I glanced at the 10-K for 2012 and noticed this:
"The increases were offset by reductions in legal fees for litigation ($1,469,000), primarily for the case involving the former CEO which was closed in January of 2012..."
Good Lord! Did CTTC actually spend ONE and a HALF MILLION DOLLARS in order to avoid giving Nano $750,000???????????
And Nano won anyway?
And even if CTTC had won, they still would have ended up THREE QUARTERS of a MILLION dollars in the HOLE!
This company without a doubt qualifies as the poster child for incompetence!
