LOL. So you think an inventor who has a legally executed contract can decide that the original agreement which had CTTC distributing in Europe,Asia and the Middle East can unilaterally just announce that he is going to abrogate the contract because he wants to distribute in those continents?

And after CTTC has spent time and capital to get a CPT III code for insurance reimbursement, clinical trials started, and the US Government buying the units?

Really, Chemo Sabe' ! (pun intended)

The funny thing is that Marineo could not deliver one Calmare unit if he actually sold one because CTTC has all the inventory.
