April 9th...From Brian Weber...CEO..
BeBevCo

Greetings everyone,

It’s April 9, 2014, but more importantly, it is five years from the day I signed and closed the deal to acquire the preferred shares in Bebida Beverage Company (BeBevCo) and become partners with all of you.

WOW--five years, it feels like 10 in some ways, and feels like five months in others.

In these years, we have had unfortunate disappointments and amazing surprises. There have been endless days fueled by POTENCIA Energy and relaxed by KOMA Unwind. We endured a $400,000 judgment from our former owners and our products has been featured in a Jennifer Lopez music video and the Oprah Winfrey Magazine. Our product was the first relaxation beverage introduced in the world’s largest retailer and I personally have been blessed and invited to make presentations about our product in London, Brussels and Moscow.

In the beginning, we thought we were a Nevada Corporation with 1.8 billion shares issued, but discovered that tour new company was a Wyoming Corporation with seven billion plus shares issued (compliments of the past). We navigated through it. We dissolved and reorganized the past and started our future together.

It was tough. Real tough.

I was schooled on the penny stock market very fast, with marketers, brokers, and every expert, who ever lived in this space contact me at one point or another. Quite frankly, I don’t even talk too many of them anymore.

Our mission is and always has been the same:

Focus on building the brand and business.

Act like a big board company in a small board world.

Put out the news that is relevant to the brand and business and grow.

We do not focus on using stock promotions, instead, we focus on product promotions.

I know its working! Our product has been covered in the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg News, Fox News, Beverage Industry Magazine, Beverage World Magazine, Women’s fitness and a whole host of others to date.

While the micro-cap world dances around from one business to another from mining companies in Mexico and Southwest United States and land leases in Oklahoma to the hot trend of the year-- Cannabis and all things tied to it, we continue to pursue making KOMA Unwind the preeminent relaxation beverage brand in North America and about to rollout into the European Union and Asia.

Every day, we are steadily growing in an industry with a team dedicated to the journey, same CEO, same office, building our distribution network, developing new products in a growing industry segment.

In 2013 alone we had between BeBevCo USA, BeBevCo EU and the subsidiary, KUDZU agency, over 175 people receiving a paycheck from management to product sampling. I always knew we were onto something big, but only in the last six or eight months have I fully appreciated how prevalent KOMA Unwind has become in the marketplace.

I have people telling me all the time now how they saw KOMA Unwind in places I have no idea how it got there! (Which is really a tribute to how broad our distribution network really is).

As we embark on another spring offensive with more product samplings, hundreds of new stores coming on line weekly and tens of thousands of new happy consumers joining the Relaxation Revolution monthly, we will pour on the marketing through radio, both regionally and nationally. You will hear our messages clear through Labor Day. The next six months is our biggest season and we intend to fully capitalize on this phenomenon to grow revenues, build our distributor base and expand globally.

You will see our promotional bus zigzagging the country. You will see our Hydroplane competing from Florida to Canada. And the big players in the industry will see our trade show exhibits from California to Boston and back to Las Vegas for the National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS) where we have had great success in adding new distributors and marketing partners.

The growth has cost money, but the prize is no less important. Our amazing team spread around Europe and Asia has been working tirelessly, traveling tens of thousands of miles securing partnerships, introducing our story to retailers and distributors alike with 2014 and beyond slated to be no less than spectacular in terms of growth and brand expansion.

As I have said so many times before to our investors, friends and family--We are a very promising investment because we have the right products in the right consumer atmosphere with the right team and it’s the right time in history.

We will continue to write our own dialogue for the journey we are on. The question is who will be with us during this exciting period?

Thank you all for your continued support, kind words and messages.

God Bless,

Brian Weber
