Probably because it was this time last year that we were oh so close to the markman. Year later, everyone is still getting paid and this has only gone backwards...

Then you have the thought that Big deal, a markman where the judge is going to say.... Nothing, as she disspears for more months, only to come back and say "something" Thus, big deal!

I started looking at these types last year, this, BCYP, all the others... Now, we all have to wait for the Supreme Court, whcih who knows what will happen, and even whatever they say, will have little outcome on this, BCYP, etc...

Seems to be more of a Joke to me that all of this has got to be so turbulent... If the Gov't was resposible enough it wouldn't happen. Grant a patent ! Hold it up... Or don't grant it.

Look at the Bascom Patents DSS has... How long, or if ever will they determine if collecting data that way is patentable... We'll the Gov't said it was. Now, even when the govt said it was, DSS has to prove what the govt said.. It is just plain stupid.. I for one dont think they will be worth anything. It will take another 5 years anyway, by then facebook will be broke...Really, it is all sickening...

So when will the markman be... Oct, Nov... Maybe next spring ? What other steps will happen between now and then... Besides that, they are not getting the big money...
