how do you know this? I remember last year sometime someone posted a chart of the number of shares owned by insiders. Roy had a shit pot full and was selling them too. Why wouldn't he sell? He doesn't just have preferred shares, he also has common shares that he can buy and sell at any time...When I saw the chart, I emailed him and he told me to call him again, so I did. he said he's just like us...when the pps goes down he buys more, when it goes up he sells for profit...
