8k issued Friday, they sold 500k shares series C convertible for 500k $ Now we have CASH. The conversion rate indicate that for redeem the money back it will goes through pennies or why not $ level.
I 'll stay for a quarter or more, buying restrictions and stop-borrowing program by sec and all the jigsaw pieces ... Huge money here. Don't forget the consultant's hiring.
