And by the way if you think there is even a little substance in charting a penny stock which you are entitled to your opinion on, then the stock now has tested the 52 week lows intra day successfully.

And in the event it closes above the low for the day it should as they have BOTTOMED OUT now and should start to potentially march North IMHO
