If you're implying that it's Petro Fund aka CTS, guess again. Go back and read the 8K. There's a floor price of .05 on the deal and your buddy loses money if he sells under and he ain't doing that. Perhaps it's some one from the old Drake deal? Some one who likes to gamble in the desert maybe?
