#1 Have you considered the possibility that you might have the wrong 'they'?

*** Absolutely not. The company is selling the certed shares. There is NO ONE else with the shares except Jack Brown who would be a fool not to put them in the exchange if this is not a scam. I've gone over this in semi-depth.

#2 What happens when the deed is done?

*** I've already answered this in depth but here's a free quickie. LOL. Basically kaboom here in the US. Whether that translates into anything meaningful on the exchange remains to be seen. Will Pedro and Mike run with the cash after dumping into the run or will they do something with it thats real. Thats the only answer I just don't know.

Really this is just my opinion but I just don't see any other logical explanation. If this really is all for real no sane person would be dumping the shares at this price. Only the company to satify the deal made with the mm to get us here. It was the only way to get people to the exchange by killing the SP here and the only way to lower the float for a run here.

Time will tell but my gut really says this is the way it's going to go down.
