CMTN (1.00) CoMedia Corporation in Co-Production Deal for First of Four Sports-Related 13-Episode Series

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CoMedia Corporation (Pink Sheets:CMTN - News) announces that its wholly owned subsidiary American Football Alumni (AFA) has entered into a multi-series production deal with Final Blow Productions. The first series, "The Legacy Show," is scheduled for 13 episodes and will be distributed through the American Football Alumni Network.

Final Blow Productions is currently producing the Boxing inspired talk show, "The Final Blow," which will air on Direct TV HD, Sun Sports, Avalanche Network, HSN, & various Fox Sports networks such as FSW.

The 13-episode "Legacy Show" series will consist of a this-is-your-life format that will follow some the most historical football players and coaches in the game. Each show will be filmed in the home town of the show's featured star and will include interviews with each football icon telling their own story supported by background material from other legends to round out the story line.

Curtis Watts, President of American Football Alumni, stated, "This show is expected to go into full production in the June 2007, and is the first of four distinct series that are in development for the American Football Alumni Network." Mr. Watts added, "The shows will appeal to the sports fans, players and coaches alike who love the sport and are intrigued by the history of the individuals who have perfected the game on and off the field."
