Cortellazzi is your answer. I'm not president of GLXI, I'm not a shareholders, I
never receive a salary for this job, they were suppose to give me an employment
contract, I never receive it. When I realise these guys were using my name and
my innovation for there own pockets it was to late and I cut all contact with
them. I never heard from Unimining.

I'm sorry for you but this will be my last answer on this bad story. I have a
real business to develop and this kind of story is just a bad «souvenir».

please tell me who hired you to work for Globex Inc or Umining Resources, Inc.?

I find it very concerning that Globex Inc. did not take the time to PR your
Departure back in October......they have PUT out PR's showing you as the
President of the company and now are HIDING iformation from Investors and many
people may invest in this company based on out dated iformation etc.............

I think Knowing who the Current owners are is very important....Mr.Michaels
claimed that Andrea Cortellazzi has no affiliation with the company Globex,Inc
or Umining Resources and states he is just a Regular share holder who has been
helpfull "as he is in the MINING Business".............I have a Feeling
Mr.Cortellazzi's Role in the company is much more than that........When We asked
Mr.Michaels who Hired him he refused to answer the question............You have
been very helpfull sir and I am sorry you seem to have had an unpleasant
experience with your dealings with these folks.......if you could find it in
your heart to answer this one last question which is of PARAMOUNT IMPORTANCE

I stop any relationship with GLXI in october 2006 and as far as I'm
concern I ever seen any investment going in real compagny development.
Personaly all the information regarding the bioethanol devlopment is true.
I did (and continu) this project with my own fund in my private
compagny (I never receive the term sheet and any funding from GLXI).
I'm not involve in their new adventure but you can be sure I will not
invest a penney in that.

WOW can you share any information.........we have been trying to find
out who the ceo is and have done some pretty good research on the
