At one time, I had many shares and I bought back in when I saw the volume and posts. I just never know when to hold, buy more or get out. Timing is everything. I hope this time I have timed it right. Its hard to determine what moves a stock and how much. Thanks for your opinion!

200% of a SUB penny stock does not amount to much, neither does 300 million shares bot at levels ranging from .0002-.~0008. Which is why these stocks fall vulnerable to "pump and dumps".

Around 300 million shares bot at various levels from .0002-.0008 is less than $200,000. In the scheme of things that is not a great deal of $$. What is your opinion why this is moving? You don't suspect a "pump and dump" with RMRK still delinquent and no news coming out? Really?

There is no news. RMRK is still delinquent. And suddenly person/people start buying in? Buyer be weary.

Exactly, Elkay11. Investors were mislead. Hopefully, now this is a slam dunk for the SEC. I know I bought more because of their paper worth and RMR* under assets on their filings. No regard for investors just filling their own pockets. SEC contact info is on my previous post. You can email or call. A lot of investors were victims by their latest actions.

RMRK is not current, has no revenues and was just passed up by a company that had the means to make it happen. All that’s left here is the 50,000,000 club and some far reaching hopefuls. Invest with logic not emotion.

Did Jordon say WHEN Crypto released RMRK? And they have been working on these financials for a very long time now. What is taking them so long to be current?

Thank you Marxbys. You don't feel mislead by their 10Ks at all? Really? Nothing ambiguous or misleading about Rimrock listed under Assets last filing. They also seemed to know December 31, 2017, that they were not pursuing business with Rimrock (or is that ambiguous to you after this filing?) I think IMO, that it was a highly unethical silence and if this is what there business ethics are I don't see much hope for TCC coming out of the greys. They should be more focused on doing that than acquiring other companies and getting liquid. IMO.

Rimrock is listed under assets on last filing. Very misleading. Now on this 10k they disown the asset? How is this fair to rmrk investors?? Seems highly unethical, but that’s for the SEC to decide. Also, administrative expenses how much went for their salaries and exactly how many employees are there? Would love to know Rafe Furst and other execs salary and perks. Shouldn't the CRCW execs be more interested in their shareholders liquidity and getting out of the greys, before more acquisitions. Also, they knew, according to their 10K December 31, 2017 they were not going forward with rmrk, but remained silent while rmrk investors were still buying and I'm sure they were aware of this, given the fairly steady stockprice for a company that isn't even current. Their last quarterly statement was ambiguous, yet hopeful for their plans for rmrk. Shame on them! I hope the SEC reads these posts.

A clean shell? How do you figure that? Is it even audible? If so, than why didn't TCC get it current and sell it off? They already put $$ into it.
