Wasn’t sure... just found this in a seeking alpha article dated 1/26/21...

“Bluma shares closed down January 22nd trading at $1.03, while Cresco shares ended at $14.19 (up over 40% in the last 30 days), widening the gap of opportunity.

I just bought 15 $70 April 16th calls on this dip down to $59... If you look, you can find gaps much lower than $45. I have my own definition of a gap because in my experience they always fill, but not here... A lot of GRWG gaps haven’t filled here since the beginning of its massive run which began early 2020. I’ve never seen anything like it... if it dips to $45 in the next month I’ll buy 15 more!

I’ve been riding the wave from .23 on high tide. Thank you for that one. Re-visit NCNNF though it’s setting up EXACTLY like high tide. Just humor me and take a look again... 2021 revenue to market cap ratio is like 1.1x right now.... high tide revenue to market cap is now over 2x 2021 revenue. High tide still rising. Just might want to throw some profits into NCNNF. I’m holding large long positions in Harvest Cresco Growgeneration and Trulieve but want to keep flipping around my core on high tide and continue to look for the next super undervalued, nearly or currently profitable mj stock, preferably US cannabis but have no problem investing in the newly consolidated Canadian mj market and emerging international mj markets as well!!!

Goldi-ox or whoever just did a video on them (NCNNF)... same kind of video they did on high tide when that was at like $.30-.40 I believe, maybe lower... and with the same price projections as high tide! Let’s do this!!!

If you pay $3.50 for the warrants your break even price of gramf is $11.50 + $3.50 premium = $15.00. It basically works just like a 5 year option on any platform... with an $11.50 strike price and a 1/15/26 expiration, although I don’t know if the Greeks come into play or work the same... in any case, flip the premium or exercise the warrant... the warrant only controls 1 share of gramf but you’re getting the leverage by holding the warrants at roughly 1/3 the cost of holding the shares... (1 share gramf @ $11.00 vs 1 warrant grmwf @ $3.50)

Warrants are issued by the company along with their respective terms. I don't know of a site that lists all public companies' warrants and details, but if there is one I'd like to know about it!

The warrants for TPCO/Monogram/Caliva/Whatever they want to go by, ticker GRMWF, are good for 5 years from the qualifying transaction date (1/15/21) and give you the right to buy a share at $11.50. The holder of the warrants can trade them anytime, or exercise any time within the 5-year period but must wait 45 or 60 days(I forget which # of days, it is specified somewhere... I think I found it in the final prospectus) from the date of the qualifying transaction. The company, TPCO, has the right to exercise these warrants on your behalf at any time the share price is $18 or higher, in order to generate more capital for growth & acquisitions...

I’m waiting to be connected to a TD Ameritrade rep to inquire about taking out the lowest % margin I can get my hands on. I’m in NYC and the steakhouse where I work is still closed. I agree with you! I freed up 70% of my cash by selling my shares for 20% profit and using that to buy the warrants instead. Might want to consider this strategy... you can control the same # of shares at 20-30% of the cost...

I spoke to a tda rep who said they haven’t received delivery of the new gramf shares yet from TPCO and said once they receive them they will assign them to their clients... could be today. Could be tomorrow. I left a large sum of money in there thinking I’d be in for the run yesterday morning. What an asshole I am. They also said we can contact TPCO IR to inquire about the shares... Great. Hoping gramf is over $12.66 when my shares get assigned but I mean it’s not looking good. No news... Still unknown... I don’t get it... Any other thoughts on why this is not moving?

Yes I listened to both... same ceo said on 1/7 interview real nonchalantly “this thing’ll be $15 by next Friday”. Lol I love that guy, although I was skeptical at first ... Michael Auerbach, the guy is legit. And the company they’re creating is solid. They will dominate CA with quality product at ridiculous pricing. And they’re coming for NY/NJ next!

The ceo also said they’re looking to secure a 1.1B INITIAL market cap upon completion of the qualifying transaction, expected to occur tomorrow after hours... that’s $19/share on 57m shares fully diluted...

I did a quick valuation of TPCO based on projected 2021 revenue and I got the following:

Share structure is 57 million shares... projected revenue 2021 is 334M... standard 8x cannabis mso multiplier gives a 2.5B market cap. Fully diluted willl be 57m shares post the qualifying transaction... this equals approx $43/share fair value

Thoughts???

Good! Save the robinhooders for when we’re at $15-$20 so they can run it up to $40 before it settles around $25-$30 which I believe is approx fair value...

I racked up 982 shares @ $10.38. Everything looks good! Exit strategy set between $14-$17 in the next week. Will adjust accordingly. Going to hold 250 shares long. Thoughts?

I’m holding 450 shares right now albeit a few cents higher than I would have liked. Float will cycle through this week. Volume picked up nicely Friday we did 2.7M. I’m really starting to get excited here!!!!!!
