That being said, you can tell she wants this company to succeed and is putting some bold expectations on the X account including cancelling 300m shares. If I’m not mistaken, that’s nearly 1/4 of the OS

New here. What info is out there regarding this CEO and her history with companies? You do not sound confident in her?

Thoughts going into next week

The only thing that has changed since January is the SS and the SP.

The SS is better but SP has fallen. It’s the OTC, wouldn’t expect different.

That being said, CEO did what he intended and that was buyback and cancel shares. In fact, one of the Form 4s shows him purchasing shares at .002

Financials will show the progress the company has made and I am looking forward to seeing them (even though we already have a good idea).

My hope is that the CEO continues the buyback, not only with his own money, but with company profits. Yes, building the business and reinvesting in the business is also important but using roughly $1 million to buyback shares could probably buyback around 500m+ shares (taking into account the rise in SP during these buybacks).

Obviously, OTC investors want quick results and most of the time, I trade that same way, but this one is different to me. I like the direction, profitability, and the fact the CEO is doing what he says.

Long term goal here would ride the buybacks and building revenues to a SP of .10 before a RS to jump to the NYSE.

I would love to say this is possible this year but a more appropriate timeframe would be by 2026. That being said, even $1000 right now could be over $100,000 in 2 years imo.

Does anyone know when the last time OS increased? I’ve been in here for a few trading days now (.0001) and I haven’t seen it increase. If they aren’t diluting, we should definitely see a rise in SP the next couple of weeks.

So based on what I’ve read, those shares were cancelled. That being said, they obviously have a relationship and both are providing updates soon. It could very well be a joint venture

It could definitely go more. I only say that based on the chart and first major resistance

10k out on filing late. May see a dip tomorrow but I’m hoping sevens hold. It’s very possible we see them file within a day or two. By the looks of the volume here, it could be late for good reason.

I think you’ll have time to pick up more .0001s. I believe the bid was around 37m and ask was 510m. I’m sure there will be another 100m sold at .0001. I do believe this makes a move to .0003/.0004 though as the merger comes out. GLTA

Similar to TMSH, this play seems to be based on small SS and no recent dilution. As long as the faucet is off, this could repeat its history of nice runs.

Cgac saw 700% gains (.0015 high) and is still in uptrend. You may be right, both have flaws but dang, I’ll take 700% gains any day.

I entered on big volume day last week. My take on TMSH

Pet health - okay sure
Cannabis sector (bulk of focus) - has my attention (especially recently)
Company active on X - nice

SS- unlimited Authorized shares is something to monitor
Dilution- concerning the past year

The fact that there has been ZERO dilution in the past month though, including big volume days is HUGE and a game changer. What this tells me is the CEO and company want the SP higher. I read yesterday the an insider holds 20%? I haven’t confirmed but that could be telling as well.

To me, this has been beaten down by dilution but STILL has a great SS and one that could easily move if dilution is halted.

Lastly, I do recognize several reputable and proven OTC investors involved here. Not that I am putting too much emphasis on that but it may be for a good reason. GLTA
