You trying to say Apple is not going to plummet to 161? 😁
Very, very, true. They can't make money legitimately. They're too stupid, so they have to scam.
Barclay's "analyst" downgraded Apple in 2020 and 2022 as well and his now "reduced" price target went from 161 to 160, lol. Barclay's traders will be buying again soon, if not already. Timing the release on that for the first day back of trading is suspect as well. SMH.
People see through this garbage. No other strategy than to ride out the BS.
We’ll call it a draw! You were right about this piece of garbage and I was right about the ACB piece of garbage. Truce and peace wherever you are…
Might be in the SEC filing. Ran keyword manufacturer, but didn’t read each filing in detail. Might want to try the 10K or call Movano.
Got your info. Thank you.
Sounds like a plan!😏
Not anger - he just sold at a time when there was nothing in the channel, but BS. He needed coin, so he took advantage of it and other shareholders held steady.
I dumped out when Hauck did. Now THAT GUY was a thin-skinned POS.😏
Well, maybe you are a little bit...😏
Yes! CHA-CHUNGGGG!!!!😏
Yes, except for what he "needed the money for." If he's making what he's making by leveraging inside info, so he could "buy a house" or "pay tuition," then he shouldn't be CFO, let alone CEO, because then it's clear he can't manage money for shit. That's why I was pissed he sold, along with saying he bought "because he had so much faith in the Company." But he did a short-term (less than a year) flip. Do as he does.😏
Good luck.
I haven't been in this for a while...until now. 😏
Not a "so what" when an insider/CEO is buying back in with his own cash after YEARS of sitting on the sidelines. He's expecting more and if anyone "knows," it's a penny CEO.
“Historically”?
This is what happened the last time Chung traded…historically speaking -
He bought 1.3 million shares at .0783 6/13/13 and then sold off 560,000 at an average of .28+ on 3/18 and 3/19 - of 2014 - little more than 9 months later. I blew up at the CEO at the time as to how the CFO could be flipping stock in his own Company, but now the CFO is the CEO.😏
History (historically?) speaks for itself.😏 Good luck.

I like Scaringe, so next earnings release will be interesting. Do you remember the name if that manufacturing expert who left that other Company for Rivian? He seems to be cleaning up the production issue mess.
"Update: Microsoft Should Be Investigated for 'Negligence' That Enabled Chinese Spying Campaign Against US, Senator Says
MT NEWSWIRES

12:16 PM EDT, 07/27/2023 (MT Newswires) -- (Updates with comment from a Microsoft (MSFT.NaE) spokesperson in the last two paragraphs.)
Microsoft (MSFT.NaE) should be held responsible for its "negligent cybersecurity practices" that enabled a Chinese spying campaign that targeted the US government, US Sen. Ron Wyden said in a letter on Thursday.
In the letter, the Oregon Democrat called on Attorney General Merrick Garland, Federal Trade Commission Chair Lina Khan and Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency Director Jen Easterly to investigate the alleged security negligence.
"Holding Microsoft (MSFT.NaE) responsible for its negligence will require a whole-of-government effort," Wyden said in the letter."
Here's the important, truthful, part - Wyden's son, Adam's hedge fund, "ADW Capital," must be short in MSFT, hahahahahahaha -
https://www.adwcapital.com/
WYDEN is the ONE that should be investigated. How does a Senator making $174,000/year afford a $7.5 MILLION Manhattan condo??? Yep, he makes statements like "investigating Microsoft," so his son can grift off his father's BS. Either that, or Adam realized he should have MSFT in his fund. I'm guessing he's short it, though.
"Wyden's home is in Portland, Oregon, and he has an apartment in Washington, D.C. He has two grown children, Adam and Lilly, by his first wife, Laurie (née Oseran); they divorced in 1999 after 20 years of marriage.[159] His son Adam owns the hedge fund ADW Capital Partners LP.[160]
Wyden married his current wife, Nancy Wyden (née Bass), daughter of an owner of New York's Strand Bookstore, in September 2005. They have three children: twins born in 2007,[161] and a daughter born in 2012.[162] In 2016, they sold their 5,300-square-foot townhouse in Manhattan for $7.5 million.[163] During Wyden's 2010 Senate campaign, opponents questioned how much time Wyden spent in Oregon given his wife's New York residency.[164]"
AWESOME!!!
It's one, unnamed analyst. Do you have the name of the analyst and the institution they are with?
Yeah, that's a Tesla in that photo. Their batteries are made from lithium. Water won't put out the fire. Those fires have been driving firefighters nuts and ticking them off.
However, Rivian batteries are solid state. They don't go on fire from water and firefighters can use water to put out a fire from a solid state battery....if one was to go on fire.
You're right, though, another reason to avoid a Tesla if you're in an area prone to foul weather.
Hycroft Mine: 40 Years of Failure

He’s cold, callous, and calculating. His childhood experience has motivated him with revenge, which serves no useful purpose to the public, but as long as he’s making money and watching the mess at play, he’s in his element.
Describing him as a dirtbag is offensive to dirtbags. He’s one mucked-up individual. He’s a fraud always looking to stir the pot for his own amusement and the gullible are falling for it. Buffett’s not like that, Munger isn’t, Icahn isn’t - a lot of them don’t stoop to that level, while getting rich.
Here’s hoping the Truth Social conflict squeezes them both, so that Dorsey’s new venture envelopes them.
Then you should sell it?
Yes, when Fleming sold off, and then bolted, the door closed. That guy is a piece of work.

Why do I feel Ike he’s laughing at shareholders with that smile? Er, smirk.
Hope you didn’t get hit on this. It was definitely intriguing, but I never bought in. Amazes me (and doesn’t amaze me - they’re all the same form of grifter) that he dumped and then left. He doesn’t even have an actual law office anymore, from what I’ve searched of him. Takes all kinds. Be well.
Thanks for that.
You know, the Ford investment in Rivian was interesting. I’m trying to figure if it was two companies engaged in a symbiotic (parasitic?) relationship. Was Ford looking to grab info on EV production from Rivian? And did Rivian let Ford in early as an investor because they couldn’t find cash elsewhere?
Ford has had some really good CFO’s. They leveraged all their properties when rates were really low and the financial crash occurred, so that they avoided government money. Then, they sold off Rivian at a decent level; not at the top, but at a good profit. They needed the cash, probably got the info they needed, and moved on, but Rivian got the start-up cash they needed, along with, possibly, some valuable input on production from Ford.
It’s going to be interesting to see how this all plays out in the next few years. Oil will be interesting too, as EV’s ramp up and people are going crazy for solar right now, as well.
Take care and good luck.
Yes, and I think Tesla cars no longer qualify for the EV credits because they’ve exceeded the limit, but Rivian does, so it’s a good incentive - totally agree about the chip issue.
Yeah, that's true. Seeing more and more of them. Spoke to one guy that has 3, lol. He paid like 100 grand for each one, but said he wouldn't hesitate to do it again.
They got rid of the useless Tesla guy and brought over that manufacturing expert who left a great Company (can't recall the name). They were shocked he left them hanging, but he's doing a great job with Rivian.
I was figuring 25-26 was the bottom. A lot of momentum here right now and with Musk jerking around in too many different directions, he left an opening it looks like they're moving through well.
Hope you got in early enough. Don't think it's too late, though.
I love when foreigners pretend they understand how the U.S. government works. It’s like those looking to incite from “Sky News Australia.”
Brand is only speaking for the attention because he’s a has-been, a horrible actor, with zero talent, who is no longer employable, so he needs a platform and he’s found his own group of idiots that buy into his garbage.
