HEB Hemispherx Biotech - I’ve bought a large block recently on speculation for what I think is good reason. I have a personal connection to Roswell Cancer Research Center in Buffalo New York having a good friend and relatives who lived in that area. Roswell in my opinion is one of the greatest Cancer fighting hospitals anywhere. One day while visiting and while in the lobby, I hear “Ding!” a loud bell ring. I asked a worker, “ what was that for?” She replied those rings of the bell mean their Cancer free. That’s a great sound, she finished. I heard it with joy many times that day. Back to Hemispherx Biotech HEB, I was skeptical with penny stocks and their high risk, but after many hours of research and the recent connection to Merck I decided to buy. I couldn’t believe the negativity and lies told from poor investors who bought high and lost. I don’t like anyone losing, but it happens. You don’t just walk into Roswell, you have to have something of interest. Ampligen and it’s attack on a tumor is a story in itself. I believe the result was found by accident. Merck’s Keytruda and Ampligen has a lot of buzz stirring at Roswell and the testing was asked to be expanded. I think in my honest opinion they may have something that reports will show it works. Part of the reason is the time it’s taking. If positive HEB could be bought by Merck or Merck will pay big for use of licensing. The other item I like seeing is insider buying. Even if small it’s a vote of confidence. I have so contacted resources of Investor Relations and was pleased with questions answered.

I decided after research that within the last few months I purchased a 10k piece of HEB. I believe they will breakout on positive news and earnings going forward. The buzz is picking up which is alright, but in the case of adding shares I was hoping to pick up at .22 cents. I realize it’s high risk but it is a viable company. I’d like to see new product expansion, although I haven’t called IR recently. I noticed share volume was picking up. I also think there is a disconnect from investors that will take solid earnings to get their attention back. The board has to get the share price up before any large investors will look at this company. Institutional investors need at least $5 a share. I bought CRDS Crossroads at .30 then they did a reverse 10 for 1, so then it went to $3 but broke out to $9.50 settlingbat $7 currently. My target is in the 20’s on earnings going forward. I am going long on HEB, and see a quick jump on good news.

I want to hear from people close to the company. The shares are below basement level and the bulldozer is ready to push the dirt in. Ampligen had a positive impact with a tumor issue. I have no proof of that only talk by both the company and shareholders. I picked up shares at .30 and know that at that price shares are a long shot. I did all the research and this is high risk. They need to do a reverse split. I can’t buy a candy bar for thirty cents. Why should I hold my shares any longer as I’m down 10%?

In 2012 this showed up. They have no income borrowing $1.5 million to pay for production. Now I see and hear the pumping again based on what? If you made money take it. They need money.

Zivo Bioscience- I’ve followed this company for a long period and watched shares accumulated by usually one or two insiders. Is there anyone other than myself that looked into details of the patents and forward earnings possibilities. I have looked at other companies into medical algae development but noticed when Algae research in the medical field came up by analysts Zivo was never mentioned. Please help I am interested in a possible purchase, but looking for more solid data.

Earnings last two quarters, what were they? I looked at Clearview a long time ago when it was pushed at a higher price .20-.30 and I seen some insider activity but found it had fallen to .03. At three cents institutions won’t touch it. They look at minimum $5. Is there a ton of shares out there? Did they do an offshore Reg-S?
I first liked the concept but being in a few major hospitals for family across the country, I didn’t see Clearview being used. My guess is they’ll have to do a reverse split, and get sales to boost net profits after expenses. If you are close to IR please fill me in. Thanks. At less than $1, we obviously know it’s high risk.

There is such a low number of shares, that the recent cash infusion, and rumored word of a market maker coming on board could run these shares up very fast. Don't forget the plans of selling some Patents off. Mark (Hood) has been upfront about his position on getting Information to shareholders as soon as he can. The only reason I haven't sold is their customers like IBM remain with them. Hypothetically the shares could go much higher if all the patents were sold. Insiders were grabbing shares at a higher price out of pocket too.

CRDSQ seems to be getting some attention in the newsroom. Several articles are hyping the stock and I understand a market maker is in the works. Anyone hear about this? I will see if I can get some details.

I have 3000 sh and think they can recover. They still own patents being used by large companies. What hurt in the past was the loss of suits filed in court. It's still a viable company with this cash infusion. I don't think it's over for them.

Higher highs, higher lows, and those who listens already made 27% year to date. The real money is coming as shares are being bought again by institutional investors. There is an 80+ mil share float that will get used up and with the super returns will possibly move shares back to its offering. Lots of ifs? Sure but I said it was selling at a discount a year ago and it's up over a buck already. I own this in my personal portfolio and continue to add shares both with dividend reinvestment and open market purchasing. The NAV is over $7, pays an annual dividend of over 9% paid monthly, which makes it super for adding discounted shares. Look at the six month and year to date Chart. Insider Samuel Lieber is buying too and we should see that again soon. My opinion is this will hit solidly on next earnings. The recent highs have put AWP back in focus.

CRDS What are they waiting for on those Patent sales? I emailed Mr. Hood and he was very encouraging. Shares will run up fast and I believe we could see it happen this quarter on positive news. I've held shares in anticipation of the sale. Engineers seem pretty upbeat there. All hypothetical till it happens. Someone grabbed a lot of shares recently which ran shareprice up in one day, only to settle to its current $2.90.

AWP continues climb. 10.5% + divvy for March pd 31st. Volume and price rises, breakout at $5.90 in our opinion. We hold long. Large volume days showing accumulation.

Where do you see shares in the next few months? I have a private investor who wants results now. This is serious. He is bent out of shape, because he didn't listen to me. I need to cover his loss or..... does anyone know more about this company? I need a small priced stock. He's down a lot, he's got a furious temper. AWP dividend paid monthly, over 10.5% annually. Good way to get monthly income.

I looked at the 10Q and it's not impressive. Am I missing something? Administration costs doubled? Why? Debt is still high, and they have authorization for a ton more shares. At .14, shares dropped after this company was pumped, the shares fell because shares were sold. I received dozens of emails hyping this company. They can't be the only company doing this. Maybe you know more, if so let me hear. I am open to this company but I need to see major improvements in the next couple of quarters.
