they have been working on merger candidates and whenever they find something worthy, this thing flies pretty nicely .... once they vet a candidate, if the right one qualifies, we can see that 3 penny high break pretty easily imho

this float has not changed in over 7 years, they have diluted minimally for expenses as they vet for acquisitions, dont believe me ? check for yourself, if you do your DD you will see that this float is tiny for the subby market..... and you will also see that they do not dilute..... and many times they will cancel out the shares that they diluted to keep the float low...

their management style is to keep the float low so they have a high flyer imo

whenever they vet acquisitions to see if they are a fit, the potential of them always rides this to pennys....

check the chart, there are 6 successful penny rides on this stock over the last 6 to 7 years...

however, this last round of acquisitions is the most promising, with the combination of the court case completing, the offensive suit for millions, and the new acquisitions.... this can easily see .10+ with all those coming to fruition!

BIG UPDATE!!!! Judge has granted the motion to be able to file the Motion to Dismiss.... this could have been denied very easily if there was no merit to the attorneys letter.... however, after the Judge read through the letter from Remo's attorney, she is now allowing the motion to be filed.....

I think serious longs know what they own here, the court case docs have been posted time and time again.... the plantiff slanted websites that continued to be posted everywhere imo shows desperation... however, the case is moving along and yet there still has not been service posted on the docket for Remo... the TA and OTC markets are already in the process of preparing their motions to dismiss... in all, their pre-motions shoot holes all over the case, at some point here, I think that people will see that in the short term this case has no impact....

currently, there is no dilution here on $ADHC

Share Structure is not maxed out, not even close.... the restricted shares is what they use for the purpose of acquisitions....currently all the restricted shares are being held in the companys treasury

additionally, when looking over the financial reports they are also in the process of cancelling out some restricted.... in the past 5 years, this has happened multiple times with success....not to say they wont utilize them again, because this strategy of restricted works well... there is usually a 6month to 12month hold on them before they can be sold .... so shareholders are aware of this and makes for a great scenario.....

there are a number of moving parts happening by all the DD collected including the latest court updates where the transfer agent and the OTC have already filed their pre-motions to dismiss..... additionally the proof of service to Remo is still a mystery as they have stated this was accomplished since last September which is now proven to be a lie.... the judge is getting impatient and has stated as such.... regardless imho, I hope he does get served eventually here to put an end to this nonsense however over the long term it will bode well as a success for longs here.....

with 200 million shares at .10 per share that is a smooth 20million dollars to complete the crypto acquisition....

something that adds much value to a subby is a low float, and ADHC has always kept their float nice and low.... 5+ years and counting!

company will use restricted shares that cannot be sold for roughly 6 to 9 months... this is how they would structure past deals....

330 million float, no dilution, low volume pullback since the 52 week high.... imho, .10 to .25+ is coming !!! $ADHC

they only got hit with a $25,000 fine, that is peanuts hahahahaha

that is correct, float has always been near this 300 million range....

additionally several longs holding multiple millions of shares that feel this has potential for .75+ as $AABB went to 65 cents on similar catalysts with 1.5 billion shares...
