I was able to buy on my Scottrade account like a normal OTC stock with bid/ask showing. I have no idea what this company is (can't find any), but I'm riding the wave. Probably, sell tomorrow after 3 days of gapping up, it's due for a correction. Jmo. Peace.

Seems like a solid base in the .0.0045's range. Consolidating and profit takers selling for flips and nervous investors who got in too high cutting their losses. Time for the next leg up. Need a good solid PR.

See if your order can stay open for more than a day so that you dont have to order in the morning and just leave it open until it gets filled.

I realize it's not a strict in line process. OTC Market Makers don't have to fill your order at all if they don't want to. But in general, your order goes to the last in line. Also, depends on your provider like e-trade or scottrade. There could be restrictions on the orders all or nothing, blocks, or other things like transaction cost limits. But it's usually first come first serve.

CAYO, I still don't know how you do not get the bid/ask buying process. Your 2's did not get filled because your order was most likely last in line to get filled. In other words, if there is 50 mil on the bid and you put in a bid for 1 mil then your order won't get filled unless the first 50 mil gets filled first. You can't expect it to get filled when there is little to no volume. If you want it to move up the list then have an order that does not expire and it may takes many days of bid sitting.

I know. That's why it's so perfect. I believe all of his failures and short comings were planned out and executed with precision. He's so proud of his work that he can tell us to screw off and say what are you going to do about it? Because there is nothing we can do about it.

I wouldn't be surprised if Ed makes a killing shorting his own stock. He doesn't care if the PPS goes up or down because he makes money either way. He's been in this game for over 20 years and has become professional. He's an artist. It's really quite brilliant. He borrows shares from us at .002 .0015 and then covers at .0003. He stays under the radar for years. I'm actually impressed. The company is real and that's part of the ruse.

I don't feel like Mantivities will be ready in two months. Hope I'm wrong but nothing related to Ed is on time lately.

It's like he doesn't want to get the most out of selling his shares whether it be Ed or otherwise.

I don't see Mantivities making the April 6 date. They having begun filming yet have they?

I don't think this is big enough news to wait for the audit to be complete. It's good news but I don't think it will create a huge run that the Canadians will miss out on. This could just be the beginning. It didn't take Ed very long to hash this all out with Simeon Rice. The film was already done. If news like this comes out before the audit is released just think what might be around the bend after the CTO is lifted? This will be an up and down roller coaster ride. We are all tired of it going down.

For once I think I agree with Fitman. All of this Sigur Capital thing seems thrown together and new. What are the odds that they are a legitimate company even if they got their office space through officelinks.com? Or even just a virtual one? We all know that nobody from Sigur lives in New York. This could just be another black eye for SEGI. Or they're legit just doing business remotely via office links. I don't really care anymore. Neither would surprise me.

It would be nice to know the ROI on the deals he has made. We don't know how much capital SEGI has invested in Mantivities either. Are we getting a fixed amount regardless of revenue gained or a percentage based off what was given. I would like a percentage.

If I was him, I would be embarrassed to show anyone at Sigur that my company is a low trips sub penny corporation that has total shares at 1.5B authorized. He had the opportunity to be proud to bring it from trips to copper land but instead sand bagged it. This whole thing confuses me.

I agree with all that too. It just all doesn't add up. Makes no sense why SEGI is in this position. Dilution has brought down the pps and nothing in the business has changed other than that. I'm sure Ed doesn't like his shares being worth pennies of what it used to be. But why doesn't he do something about it?

I agree. We get all the downside of being in a scam stock without the upside of an inflated pps run of a pump and dump. All dump and no pump. He even failed at creating a good pump and dump scheme.

I won't be surprised if they do file chapter 11 or whatever. R/S is an actuality too since Ed has no credibility to keep his word on that either. It's going to be another long year for SEGI.
