It's more about the tech being in the vehicle. You can't force everyone to use such an app on their own phone or force them to have an IPhone. The enterprise capability here is the moneyshot! Tying the tech into the vehicle, every fleet of trucks, for example, needs this. ONCI holds the patent on tying it into the vehicle. That's what separates us from everyone else. We are wheat; they are chaff

It's a pretty realistic if not likely outcome. Apples' recent update adds a similar feature that prevents certain phone features while in motion (in the car) but isn't enterprise capable (isn't tied to the car). Google just paid HTC 1.1B $$$ for help with its mobile phone line of products and will want to copy Apple on this, but even better is that Google could push this through its google API. Where ONCI could make a billion dollars with this, Google already has infrastructure in place and could generate 10b easily with this. Google API is everywhere, from factory machines to the internet of things (thermostats and bread machines for example). The Google API infrastructure is incredibly massive and everywhere there is connected data. Everywhere. Really, someone should just email Berman about approaching google. The patents are potentially worth billions and the current sales prove a viable, demanded and valuable product

Dilution drives down price so reducing dilution drives up the price. I.e.) to much supply of shares mean cheap shares, so getting rid of supply means higher price. Look up the difference between primary and secondary markets as a better starting point

I used to do this when I was in my early twenties, convert old factories into new production. The Trinity plant in Clinton, IL for example that produces structural towers for windmills was a rail car plant under Thrall before Trinity bought it. Took about 60 days for a Total overhaul, including reinventing the assembly process because of different state laws, installing a paint facility and the rolling and welding process. This was a renovation for a totally different product. If the plant is already producing a similar style or class of product then a changeover can be completed in as little as the same day (Chinese facilities accomplish this all the time) or as long as 30 days (new machines ordered, delivered, installed and tested). So not very long at all, which is certainly part of the decision process

The post kills me. I came into $14k recently and placed $10100 into my trading account just for this stock, when it was still trading in the mid dubs. Being a deposit over $10,000 however required a longer hold than usual. I got in this morning at .016. I sincerely believe this stock is heading to .5-.6 minimum but dang! Really hating my bank atm lol

You people have no understanding of supply chain management and how supply chains work these days. Vertical integration is so 1980's. It's about SCM these days, not owning every step in the manufacturing process but focusing on core business instead. Take an example, a John deer tractor cab has 55,000 components in it, up to 72,000 depending on the options the buyer takes. At the John deer HQ %70 of employees in that building don't even work for John Deer! They work for the suppliers as onsite support. Did you know that? Car manufacturers are no exception to this model of modern production. They don't want to produce these models when they can just buy them and remain focused on their core processes of producing cars.

Not exactly a donation to shareholders, it does serve an alternative purpose. It 1. Makes the company more palatable for a buyout or outside investors 2. Makes it more presentable for NYSE and Nasdaq 3. Puts powder in the CEO's pocket should the company need to raise capital in the future. It's is almost always a good thing, the two notable exceptions being 1 an excessive loss of liquidity (like reducing to just 100 shares would make them impossible to trade, not problem here) and 2. A reverse split (usually a sign of a distressed company and a scam)

Come back in 4 months when it over 50 cents. It shows 10k because the mm is hiding the larger sale order for smart routing. Rather then dump, for example, 10 million shares at once ( which would absolutely tank the pps) he lets it off in small amounts. He does this with a black box type algorithm that can replace the bid or ask within a few microseconds. You see a 10k order but really it is a 10k order that gets replenished in an instant once it's filled, a stack of 10k orders. They do this to PREVENT manipulation. So yes, take a night class at your local community college on finance. It'll cost about $300, or buy a $20 book either way, ihub ain't gonna teach you jack cause most people on here don't know or want you to think it's the MMS so that you won't catch on. If everyone dumped at 4 in order to make a flip then this thing would be well under a penny by now. The flippers need bag holders to be successful. VNDM is a market maker. They aren't manipulating, they executing orders on behalf of traders. This is why you often see MM's straddling the spread. It is retailers on both sides being executed by the MM's. I use TD as my broker for example, I've had VNDM, CDEL, NITE, even ETRF execute my orders before. It's not some scam, it's how trades are routed and executed.

Cite a source or gtfo the board. If you can't prove it then it didn't happen and you're just making stuff up. Stop sliding. Nobody is wants to hear it

CBIS if you just look at their last quarterly will find it littered with massive debt and according to that quarterly is in default on a $1M+ note and has tons more on the books.
NEWC has about 340M O/S and CBIS has about 2B O/S at least.
NEWC has a second massive business with coal with owned lands. CBIS made $2800 in 3 months for revenues and solely dependent on just MJ for revenues.
CBIS might be a decent short term play but I personally see a debt ridden company with little revenue being propped up on hype that when the dust settles and people start actually looking into the company will start to realize it's a scary company. All IMO

Think about all those crappy stocks you held, where you just knew, deep down in your gut that "this is the one, this is it!", but then the price didn't move or maybe you lost money, so you cut your losses and moved on. Then 3-4 months later you decide to look at it again, just to see and you find that it's 10,20,or 30 times what you had traded at. You think 'if only I had stayed with it, damn!' That is NEWC. You'll sell out on today's losses and 3-4 months from now you'll find that you missed another one. The need for patience is real. Just take a stake and walk away. Come back in a month or so and check it. Set a stop loss to protect yourself and don't stare at it everyday cause that will only drive you crazy.
