Hi guys, is there any options strategy way to make a profit in any direction of ETF move (so direction is unknown) in extremely short time (1-3 hours) , if SPY moves 0.5% either way

This must have an effect on SPY chart imo, like clustering prices near 2s.
maybe that's what the plan is, to corner herd in spots. It will increase cleaning efficiency by a factor of 2x. But will also increase good traders' efficiency by a factor of 4x if not more.
