They're not even good at it lol.. they're both broke.

I agree this company has been a disappointment.. I bought over three years ago now. One thing that I know is when companies want to dump on their shareholders they don't need to wait 3 years to do it. They're trying to build something but clearly don't know how.

You do realize a CEO/Management cannot stop a shareholder who has receipt of payment for shares from clearing them... They can only slow down the process. Stop complaining and threatening and pay a lawyer to get it done for you. Also talk to the transfer company. hint** they have a very valuable licence and if you pressure them with legal talk they will transfer your shares.

He's useless though. All he does is hire promoters who pay for debt and convert it to shares to pump the stock. He's never building a proper company. It's like clock works 1-2 a year the stock comes to life until the promo guys are out of stock. GL!

I think I've owned private image tech shares for roughly 5 years. I doubt he's building a company. Plus everything looks out dated now.

CEO is a flake guys he's never going to build a company. Been down this road before when the deal was 0.01 money was thrown at him and nothing has happened since. If he does he'll just reverse everyone out.

Good stuff but it really depends on the company itself.. do they have revenues right now ? Companies on the QB only move up to a major exchange Nasdaq or Amex if they have 4 million + in the treasury and a 2.00$ stock price.
