FYI, I sent an unquiry to Pacific Stock Transfer asking for the current A/S O/S, this is the reply I got back:

Hey lowman, I'm not sure, but one could tell by how easily it moves. Every 1 bucks thrown at SCYA move it up 1 tick. If only we could get some volume going here.

SCYA only has 69 million o/s. The MM's have tried to walk it down all week but they dare not walk it down below .002. If we could only get some volume here SCYA will go. Everytime 50 bucks is thrown at SCYA it upticks, now thats thinnn.

Sudden volume surges like the one we had seldom pay off in the short term. It's more like 4 to 6 weeks before we start to see more volume and maybe a glimpe of what was causing it.

Not just an opinion, a good portion is based on past performance plays like this.
