Not quite sure when new site came online. It must have been recent. The new site is not fully functioning. Some of the pages 404. For whatever reason the site doesn't translate through online translator so I'm not sure what anything says. Site looks nice though and they added an English option. It looks like they may have repositioned as a health company. It says zhuoyi health in English on the page. Trying to research this further and get a page translation.

I am worried about suspension. Impression I get is management cares about this place and it will get current at some point. Hopefully news is really good. It's been a while.

I think a form 4 or 8k will still be required depending upon amount. The fact we haven't seen any signs of a pump and dump yet is encouraging that the debt was paid. If they paid it something huge must be in the works. We will see soon.

China Ginseng Holdings, Inc, conducts business through its four wholly-owned subsidiaries located in Northeast China engages in the design, manufacture, and marketing of ginseng beverage; the business of farming, processing, distribution of ginseng . The company primarily offers ginseng beverages. Ginseng beverages include China Ginseng juice and American Ginseng juice. To produce canned ginseng juice, the Company takes ginseng juice extracted from fresh ginseng as the main material plus natural extracts like xylitol, citric acid and steviosides as subsidiary ingredients. It sells ginseng juice through a network of distribution agents to supermarkets, pharmacies, hotels, gift shops, entertainment centers, tourist's attractions, airport and high speed trains in China, it also exports ginseng beverage to Asia. China Ginseng Company has been granted 20-year land use rights to 3,705 acres of lands by the Chinese government for ginseng planting and we control through lease approximately 750 acres of grape vineyards. The Company uses low residue pesticide and biodegradable fertilizer for ginseng planting. It sells its fresh ginseng, dry ginseng, ginseng seeds and seedling through direct sales personnel to the drug store and pharmaceutical company in China and exports to Russia. China Ginseng was incorporated on June 24, 2004 in the State of Nevada and is headquartered in Changchun, China.

Our company, China Ginseng Holdings Inc., was incorporated on June 24, 2004 in the State of Nevada. We have been granted 20 year land use rights to 3,705 acres of lands by the Chinese government for ginseng planting and we control through leases approximately 750 acres of grape vineyards.

We plan to recruit distributors for ginseng beverage once funds are available and we intend to recruit one general distributor for ginseng juice in every city in which we sell our products.
We plan to raise funds through equity or debt, whichever is available to us and open online shop at Taobao Marketplace, the biggest online Business to Consumer and Consumer to Consumer platform in Asia, a subsidiary company of Alibaba Group.
